She died 21 March 1889 in St James District, Westminster, London, Middlesex, England.

Dennis died aged just 35. I'm told he died after falling downstairs at his address in Marshall Street. He survived the fall but died from a blood clot on the brain 8 days later.There was an inquest but the record doesn't survive.
