War Memorial at Old Windsor Village Hall, Berkshire, England

The two brother Henry George and William James Knibbs are both remembered at theOld Windsor Village Hall. They both served and lost their lives in the Royal Navy during WWI.
There were six sons in the family and each one served in the Royal Navy during the war but thankfully, the other four returned home safely. Their parents, James and Matilda Knibbs received a letter from King George V's offices in September 1914, offering his deepest gratification for having six gallant sons serving in the Royal Navy.
