This picture is of William Thomas Knibbs born 1862 at Sheldon, Birmingham and his wife Emily Elizabeth who was born in about 1859 in Whiteacre, Warwickshire. 

William's father was William Knibbs from Woodstock in Oxfordshire who moved to Birmingham as a young man.

William and Emily married in 1886, and they had 9 children, 3 girls and 6 boys.

So far as we know, William and Emily lived in Birmingham all of their married lives.
