KNIBBS—BEARD There were five bridesmaids in attendance on Miss Edna Elaine Beard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Beard, Millbrook-street. Gloucester, when she was married on Saturday at All Saints Church, Gloucester, to Mr. Raymond William Knibbs, son Mr. W. R. Knibbs, of Billingham-on-Tees, and formerly Cardiff. The Rev. R. Martin officiated. The bride wore a picture gown of ivory lace, trimmed with white velvet, a coronet of orange blossom and long tulle veil and train. The bridesmaids were the Misses Beryl, Olwyn, and Mavis Beard, and Nancy and Freda Randall. The best man was Mr. F. E. Yoxall, of London.
