Catharine can be seen in the 1881 census for England and Wales, a widow aged 79, living at 12 Vernon Street, West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England, as a lodger with Isiah Gill and his wife Elizabeth.
Isiah Gill Head 25 Boatbuilder Stafford West Bromwich
Elizabeth Gill Wife 23 Stafford West Bromwich
Catherine Wyatt Boarder 79 Banbury Oxon

I'm grateful to Cathy Barbour, a g-g-g-granddaughter of Catharine Knibbs and Thomas Wyatt for explaining to me that Isaiah Gill was Catharine's grandson. Catharine's daughter Sarah married a man named Isaiah Gill, and the Isaiah Gill that Catharine was living with in 1881 would have been their son.

It's interesting to note that Isaiah is a boatbuilder which is the same trade as his father, Isaiah Gill, and his grandfather (Catharine Knibbs' husband) Thomas Wyatt.
