Alan discovered a record that this Caroline was baptised (as Caroline Nibbs) at Snitterfield, Warwickshire in Dec 1838. Snitterfield is the town where Edward Knibbs and his wife Mary Barnsley were living so we presume she was a daughter of theirs.
