Although Emma appears in the 1881 census with the name of Emma Knibbs, she was born to Cecelia before she and John Francis Knibbs were married. It is presumed she was baptised as Emma North as that was the name she used when she married.

I believe she is buried in the Holy Trinity at Millom, Cumbria.
