William and Dorothy Knibbs are listed in the census as brother and sister-in-law to Lionel. Willam's mother died in childbrith in 1887 when William was born. Their father remarried in 1889 and was still living at Banstead in 1901. Dorothy is the daughter of Henry's second marriage. I suspect they were just holidaying with Lionel and Annie at the time of the census.

We see Lionel and Annie in 1911, living at 362 Gillott Road, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England:
Lionel Manfred Jones Head Married M 41 Schoolmaster Head Secondary School Carmarthenshire Llanally

The census shows that Lionel and Annie had no children.

In 1920, Lionel and Annie were living at 362 Gillott Road in the Edgbaston District of Birmingham, Warwickshire.

We know that Lionel was living at Little Houghton, Northampton in 1930. Lionel's brother-in-law, William Garrett Knibbs, arrived in the UK from Venezuela, and gave Lionel's address there as his proposed address in the UK.

Lionel died aged 67.
