Glenn served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician, and was stationed at the Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida where he taught maintenance for the upper deck turret of the B24 bomber aircraft.

Knibbs, US Navy Veteran WWII; beloved husband of the late Ann; loving father of Marjorie (Peter) Pratt, Ronald (Irene), Carole (Tom) Wurtz, and Catherine Knibbs; proud grandfather of Michael (Kristina) Hutchins, Michael (Alexis), David (Kristen) Knibbs, Joanne (Scott) Morse, Sulema, Kyle (Tatiana) Reichel, Laura Svanfelds, and Kristine Buffone; cherished great-grandfather of Isobel, Cameron, Donovan, Nicholas, Avery, Jacob, Mariellyn, and the late Slawek; dear brother of Loren (Joan) Knibbs. 50 year member and Past Master of Oak Lawn Lodge #1166 AF & AM, Medinah Shriners, and Past Commander of Square Post #232 A.L. Glenn was buried with full military honours at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Ellwood, Will County, Illinois USA.

Virginia's parents were Claude F Denison and his wife Grace West.

In addition to Virginia, they had a son Paul C Denison who was born on 30 Aug 1918 in Chicago, Il. Sadly, he died on 20 Nov 1918, also in Chicago.

Virginia Albert
Virginia Albert, 81, of Davison, died Saturday, April 10, 2004 at Briarwood Convalescent Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2004 at St. Paul Episcopal Church 711 S. Saginaw St., Flint, the Rev. Martin S. Field officiating. Cremation will follow at Sunset Hills.
Family members received visitors from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. Mrs. Albert will lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. Saturday until the time of services. Contributions are being made to the Christ Enrichment Center Endowment Fund in Albert's memory.
Born in Chicago, Ill., on Sept. 5, 1922 the daughter of Claude and Grace (West) Denison, she has resided in Davison since 1977. She was joined in marriage to Kenneth Albert in February 1949. he preceded her in death in February 1987.
Albert was an active member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Flint, and enjoyed teaching Sunday school and being helpful on many other committees of the church.
